Dumansız, sigarayı ya da vape’i bırakmana yardım eden bir uygulamadır. Hesap açman gerekmez ve girdiğin bilgiler bizim sunucularımıza gönderilmez, çünkü bizim bir sunucumuz yok.
Telefonunda kalan bilgiler
Bırakma tarihin, kullanım alışkanlıkların, fiyat, ülke, hedeflerin, bırakma nedenlerin, eklediğin fotoğraflar, kriz ve ruh hâli kayıtların yalnızca telefonunda saklanır. Uygulamayı silersen ya da Ayarlar'dan "Tüm verileri sil"i seçersen bu bilgiler silinir. Yedekleme dosyasını yalnızca sen dışa aktarırsın ve nereye kaydedeceğini sen seçersin.
Apple Sağlık ve Health Connect
İzin verirsen uygulama dinlenme nabzını ve adım sayını yalnızca okur; hiçbir şey yazmaz. Bu veriler bıraktığından beri neyin değiştiğini göstermek için telefonunda işlenir. Hiçbir yere gönderilmez, reklam için kullanılmaz ve kimseyle paylaşılmaz. İzni istediğin zaman Sağlık ya da Health Connect ayarlarından geri alabilirsin.
Bildirimler
Hatırlatmalar telefonunda zamanlanan yerel bildirimlerdir. Bildirim göndermek için bir sunucu kullanılmaz.
Reklamlar
Uygulamanın ücretsiz sürümü reklamlarla desteklenir. Reklamları Google AdMob gösterir. AdMob reklam göstermek, sıklığı sınırlamak ve sahteciliği önlemek için cihaz tanımlayıcıları, IP adresi ve kaba konum gibi bilgileri toplayabilir. Avrupa Ekonomik Alanı ve Birleşik Krallık'ta kişiselleştirilmiş reklamdan önce onayın sorulur; bu tercihi Ayarlar'dan değiştirebilirsin. Satın almalar
Plus aboneliği ve tek seferlik Plus satın alımı App Store ya da Google Play üzerinden yapılır. Ödeme bilgilerini yalnızca Apple ya da Google işler; uygulama sadece Plus'ın etkin olup olmadığını öğrenir. Aboneliğini App Store ya da Google Play hesap ayarlarından yönetebilir ve iptal edebilirsin. Plus kullanıcılarına reklam gösterilmez.
Fiyat listesi
Varsayılan fiyatları güncel tutmak için uygulama açılışta herkese açık bir fiyat listesi dosyası indirir. Bu istekle senin hakkında hiçbir bilgi gönderilmez. Dosyayı barındıran sunucu, her web isteğinde olduğu gibi IP adresini görebilir.
Kullanım istatistikleri ve hata raporları
Uygulamayı iyileştirmek için iki anonim bilgi gönderilir. Aptabase'e (AB'de barındırılır), hangi ekranların ve özelliklerin kullanıldığı sayılır; örneğin "SOS açıldı" ya da "program günü tamamlandı". Bu sayımlara cihaz modeli, işletim sistemi, uygulama sürümü ve dil eklenir. Kullanıcı kimliği, reklam kimliği ya da uygulamaya yazdığın hiçbir şey gönderilmez ve oturumlar seni tanımlayacak şekilde birleştirilmez. Uygulama çökerse Sentry'ye hatanın teknik ayrıntıları, cihaz modeli ve uygulama sürümü gönderilir; kişisel bilgi eklenmez. İkisini de Ayarlar'daki "Anonim kullanım verisi paylaş" anahtarıyla kapatabilirsin.

Uygulama 18 yaş altına yönelik değildir.

Exhale is an app that helps you quit smoking or vaping. You don't need an account, and nothing you enter is sent to our servers, because we don't have any.
What stays on your phone
Your quit date, usage habits, price, country, goals, reasons, photos you add, and craving and mood logs are stored only on your phone. Deleting the app or choosing "Delete all data" in Settings removes them. Backups are exported only by you, to a place you choose.
Apple Health and Health Connect
If you allow it, the app only reads your resting heart rate and step count; it never writes anything. This data is processed on your phone to show what has changed since you quit. It is never sent anywhere, never used for advertising and never shared. You can revoke access at any time in Health or Health Connect settings.
Notifications
Reminders are local notifications scheduled on your phone. No server is used to send them.
Ads
The free version of the app is supported by ads served by Google AdMob. AdMob may collect device identifiers, IP address and approximate location to show ads, cap their frequency and prevent fraud. In the EEA and the UK you are asked for consent before personalised ads, and you can change this choice in Settings. The app blocks tobacco, e-cigarette, alcohol and gambling ads. Purchases
The Plus subscription and the one-time Plus purchase are made through the App Store or Google Play. Payment details are handled only by Apple or Google; the app only learns whether Plus is active. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Plus members see no ads.
Price list
To keep default prices current, the app downloads a public price list file at launch. No information about you is sent with this request. As with any web request, the server hosting the file can see your IP address.
Usage statistics and crash reports
To improve the app, two kinds of anonymous information are sent. Aptabase (hosted in the EU) counts which screens and features are used, for example "SOS opened" or "program day completed", along with the device model, operating system, app version and language. No user ID, advertising ID or anything you type into the app is sent, and sessions are not joined up to identify you. If the app crashes, the technical details of the error, the device model and the app version are sent to Sentry; no personal information is added. You can turn both off with "Share anonymous usage data" in Settings.
Children
The app is not directed at anyone under 18.
